Time is Running Out to Make Reservations!
The Breakfast in the Park is right around the corner. The egg and sausage breakfast is only $10 per person. We need an accurate count of attendees in order to provide food for all guests. This is the Alumni Association's annual fundraiser. Join us at Kiwanis Pavilion in Elmwood Park on Sunday, August 5, between 9 and 11 a.m. It's an opportunity to get reacquainted with old friends and classmates. Reservations are required and must be purchased by July 29. Contact Pat Stephan at czar77step@cox.net for tickets.

Kelly Hatfield is creating baskets for the Home Days Chinese Raffle (see article below.) Consider donating any of the following items:
- Gift Cards for restaurants and stores, craft stores, car washes, movie tickets, etc...
- Money
- Lottery tickets
- Wine
- and any unique items

Fund-Raising Success
Our biggest fundraiser of the year is just around the corner! Our Breakfast in the Park at Kiwanis Pavillion on Home Days Weekend gets bigger and better every year, but it takes A LOT of people working together to make it the best that it can be--and continue to raise money for scholarships and other programs and events we sponsor at our alma mater.
In an effort to keep our Breakfast in the Park ticket cost very affordable, we don't really make much on the cost of the breakfast itself--we generate revenue for the association with the 50/50 and Chinese Raffle at the event and in our Home Days tent.
And that's where you can really help us make 2018 a great fund-raising success. Kelly Hatfield is already at work on the theme baskets and bundles for the Chinese Raffle and she can use your donations. If you are willing to buy or ask for a donation of a gift card to a store or a restaurant in the area, that would be awesome. Movie tickets, theatre tickets, and tickets to sporting events are great too. If you have an extra bottle of wine or two, or an interesting bottle of liquor, those, too, make for popular baskets. Unique jewelry or other accessories are also good items. Other ideas are welcome, too--and your donations will make an already amazing event event better!
No gift is too small...all are welcome and very much appreciated.

Due to generous donations and volunteer service, our Association remains financially strong, continues to meet the goal of "Promoting Educational Memories, One Year at time," and provides a greatly appreciated social opportunity for all Alumni and their families. Let the first ten-years be the base of an Association that will greatly expand each and every year.
